Pump that uses compressed air to transfer liquid by utilizing internal pressure.
Minimizes residual liquid, energy efficient, and ideal for safely dividing highly flammable liquids into small portions.

◎Explosion-proof design that does not use electricity.
This pump uses air pressure to discharge liquid. Since it does not use electricity at all, it can be used safely even in explosion-proof areas.
Furthermore, the G, AS, and SUS types come standard with grounding wires for complete static electricity protection.
The grounding wire should be attached to grounded drums, columns, or containers at the transfer destination.

◎Double safety structure for peace of mind
APD seals the drum and pressurizes the interior, ensuring safety.
The automatic pressure relief valve (regulator) maintains a constant pressure inside the drum and prevents pressure from exceeding a certain level (0.025 MPa).
The safety valve is designed to release compressed air outside the drum can if the pressure rises above 0.07 MPa, so
there is no risk of the drum can rupturing.

◎Sealed storage possible
Highly volatile liquids can be safely stored in the sealed system. Flammable liquids also pose no risk of evaporation.

◎Compatible with high-viscosity liquids
Even liquids with viscosities up to 3,000 cP, which were difficult to handle with conventional drum pumps, can be used. Of course, low-viscosity liquids can also be discharged powerfully.

◎Few malfunctions
Since no motors are used and there are no obstructions in the flow path, it can handle minor sludge or small suspended particles.

◎Waste-free liquid discharge
The discharge pump uses air pressure to discharge liquid, allowing the liquid in the drum to be discharged more efficiently than with other electric or manual pumps.
Approximately 5 mm (approximately 200 cc, test value) of liquid remains in the can.

◎Dispensing method can be selected
There are two types available: a ball valve type that does not obstruct the flow path, and a manual gun nozzle type (models with an “N” at the end of the model number) that can be operated with one hand.
The nozzle can be changed to a ball valve nozzle, manual gun nozzle, or auto-stop gun nozzle.

《How the air pressure pump works》
This pump injects compressed air into the drum can at reduced pressure, changing the internal pressure of the drum can to discharge or suck in liquid.
Since there are no obstacles in the flow path, it can handle liquids containing foreign particles or liquids with high viscosity (up to 3,000 cP) without malfunctioning.
Additionally, since it is air-powered, it can be used with liquids or in environments where there is a risk of ignition or explosion.
※Flow meters and gun nozzles cannot be used with foreign objects mixed in.
